“I'm considering incorporating more surface treatment with the saggar firing surface treatment, and I like the results. African scarification is the inspiration for the raised texture. Creating it is a very tedious process, and I need more practice working with this technique. All in all, it's something I do plan to continue and better understand moving forward.”
