“I was rushing to finish this one before my last week, but I like the results. I bisque fired to cone 08, then I added terrasigilatta, ferric chloride, and a wash black glaze. It was wrapped with copper tape, copper wire, and newspaper before being fired to 04. I like the areas where the wire melted onto the pot or fused to the glaze. I wish there was more. I’m moving more of my current work in this direction, I just need to troubleshoot layering, form, and patterns.”
